Once you book online, we’ll follow up with a quick call or text to confirm the details — what you’re looking for, any questions you have, and making sure your appointment is set up right before you even walk in.
The Consultation
Every first appointment starts with a real conversation, not just a glance and a guess. Your stylist will ask about:
- What you like (and don’t like) about your hair right now
- Your at-home routine — how much time and effort you actually want to put in
- Photos or inspiration you’ve been saving (bring them — don’t be shy about this)
- Any color history, since that changes what’s possible in one session
This is also when we talk pricing. No surprises at checkout — you’ll know the plan and the cost before anything happens to your hair.
The Space
We’re a boutique salon, not a chain and not a row of independent suites. That means you’re getting a team that works together, in a space we’ve actually put thought into. Even the little things — like our backwash room — were designed to feel like a proper scalp massage, not just a rinse before your cut. It’s the difference between a service and an experience.
During Your Service
However long your appointment takes — a quick cut is different from a full color transformation — you’re not getting rushed through. If you have questions mid-appointment, ask them. Your stylist would rather explain what they’re doing than have you leave unsure.
Before You Leave
You’ll get styling tips specific to what was just done to your hair — not generic advice, but what will actually keep your color or cut looking its best. If product was used that you should be using at home, we’ll tell you why, not just try to sell it.
Booking Your Next One
We’ll usually recommend a rebooking window based on your service (color needs different timing than a cut). No pressure — just guidance, so you’re not stuck to figure out when to come back.
