1. Appointments and Services

Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid email and phone number may be required to confirm your booking.
Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, hygiene concerns, or breach of these terms.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be charged a fee or required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Phone Number Collection & SMS Communication

When you provide your phone number, you agree to receive two-way SMS communications related to appointments, customer service, promotions, or updates from Polished Mane.

Purpose of Collection: We collect your phone number to send appointment reminders, confirmations, salon updates, and promotions.
How Data is Used: Your phone number will be used solely for communication between you and Polished Mane. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties.
Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.
Message & Data Rates May Apply.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message. You will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-enroll.
